We are a club.....do you all agree....good! So when there is a spin on get your holes out on your bikes and join in.
Now if Byrner,Alfie ,Damo, Max I'm not listing everone who is savage you know who you are and we know who you are, dont not turn up because you think you will be dropped....you will be dropped by them but their are plenty of others who are not so fast and that is who you should aim for.
RAce season is over I for one wont be going out killing myself on every spin.
MTBing for the most is all about having fun and getting fit doing it. EPIC is all about the craic too. So keep an eye out for spins, I will be running a few which will all be in 3 rock and I suggest that if you are a bit slower meet us at the upper car park in 3 rock, thats what kills most, the climb to there, me included.
So look forward to a big turn out on the next few spins, Tues,Thurs, Sundays
count me in I want to be savage !!! should I use flats or spds and the tyres on my â¬6000 Felt Compulsion are Devox are they any use ? Surely they must be deadly as me bike cost more than me and my wifes cars together !!
Yes the doors are always open here for lads with more money than talant, Lynchie,Llandai,Davek and Handjob....to name a few,to say thay are talentless is a bit......well.....mean, Lynchie has talant I know its there but he has yet to shine through, Llandai is great with a shovel, Davek talks alot and Handjob well the name says it all handy enough at going up hills though the cnut.
As for tyre the course is left hand in so I would go clippless on the left and clipped on the right.
Tyres just put 120psi in the front and 15psi in the rear and you will be sorted, look forward to seeing you on the mountain and AE if take anything I said serious hahahaha!!

I went for a spin tonight up for an hour puff and pant, I met the greg and his doobie kids at the top of metro, I passed saying Hello!!! And then a few seconds later they were up my large swiss, hahhaaha I was shouting all the way down "its slippy its slippy" Jeasus I was crackered when I got to the bottom, managed to stay ahead of them ther youngins, I think they were in tears laughing at the old fat guy in Lycra giving it socks hahahaaha Baaaaastards!!
