Yes as the post says "easy" its not a training spin it will be hard as always but more fun hopefully!!

I doubt anybody will see me for a few days and even if they do..they wont be able to hear me.

If it's lashing rain tomorrow I should be there but otherwise I'll be working late next few weeks and can't do Sunday's either for a while! Looks like it'll be October before I'll be out on the bike again.:mad:
