Sunday Spin 23d November - awesome dude !!

Due to poor weather conditions we scrambled to Djouce.

Well thats another awesome amazing spin with Alfie Hood, Killer O Donkey, Rossco Shecxy Arse, Roo balloo, Skippy one and Skippy Two ( Ste), Vincenzon magnifico, Shagger Hutchinson, Eyeballs Keith, Marc Normal...frickin A class spin, with all the trails supery slidery. The pressure was savage on everybody with some classy freeride action from lads in Lycra and lads with baggies over Lycra..Alfie was as usual demonstrating how to expose your arse on a spin..
I had a great time..I hope you guys did too..this is a perfect Sunday spin squad with only a few missing...

oh yeah I forgot...we did Whoa for the first time in ages..well most of us did...and Eoin Keith did a savage endo at the top of it..lucky for him the anvil he carries around in his MegaBag counter balanced him and he didn't faceplant !!

Deadly deadly spin, have missed the craic the last few Sundays. Reckon I'll be switching from the Sunday road spin back to Byrners Sunday Spins........ too much sliddery fun to miss out on.

Sorry to have missed this, had to go for a 'medical consultation'. Sounds like the required procedure may be a bit pricey but how can you argue with these results.....

feck I was all over the place today, just couldn't get the off camber roots today. Then my pedal broke. My jing and jang were that bad that my rear wheel tried to leave my bike on bench cut!!

but its worth sticking it out on the sunday spins as there are so great fun.

A few too many on Saturday afternoon/evening/night (what a perfomance such fantastic...kicking?) put a speedbump in my long road to redemption. Every so often you need to release your inner additive personality even if there are no flowerpots and candles around if you know what I mean. Sounds like I missed another good one.
