Well that was feic'n deadly. I was dreading the thought of the winter after the sun and sand at the Roc but if the spins are half as good as that over the winter months it'l be better than the summer. Great route, tons of singletrack and mayhem on boneshaker on the way down..... yeee haaa

Fook me the Boneshaker is in bits !! definitely seemed easier in the dark. Some great oldskool riding going on..where the hell were the rest of you ? I even drank myself into a stupor last night and rode my tractor today so there were no excuses !

Nice & handy today and I think we had to leave only one rider behind. You can't beat the real trails, even when it's wet and shlompy.
It's funny how all the users of the mountains argue who does most damage to them, it only takes one day of proper rain to reshape them, nature will always have the last word!

yeah great spin on some great trails. Luke tried to kill me and my bike numerous times and then I tried to kill myself when seeking revenge - all good clean fun. But my bike is in bits - the only bit on it that doesn't need replacing is the frame !. I think the 3 rock muck is especially abrasive stuff ! Hope you're OK Caroline after the spill.

Well that was a brilliant spin. Some new trails I hadnt been on, that deadly descent to the worst climb in 3 rock. It was like a carry-on show coming down that rooty mucky bit to the fireroad near the end of metro2. Everyone bumping into each other. You really feel it in the legs when you have a few weeks off the bike.
