well now folks that was a superb spin, Djouce was in fine shape.It was warm, no wind and everybody was in great form, a great turnout with a brilliant crew.
I have to say the spins have been brilliant lately with great crews turning up to ride together.
And when superstars like Damo take the time to do sweeper on these spins it shows the calibre of our members.
The ladies are absolutlely brilliant, a great team and its brilliant to see them shredding together.
Some people have been shoddy in their attendance of spins.
Thats your loss, why join Epic and not make the spins, is beyond me. The spins are the heart of any club.
This week I have endured the aggravation of colossal arseholes coming in to the shop but it all fades away having the craic in Djouce.
