Welcome to the new year!

I can't make Howth on a Tuesday night for the road spin. So if smithers isn't doing his usual, I will lead a spin up 3 rock for 1.5/2 hrs steady non-stop. I will plan to keep this up if there is enought interest. I will be doing my own road training on other nights to get up the miles, as coach said so should you!

I'm game for this one each week, but I can't do tonight. Hard enough just thinking about going back to work today.
What degree of savagery are we talking ?
