Tuesday spin

As im feeling a bit delicate today im thinking of being a wuss on Tuesday so Ballinastoe it is. 7.15ish at the carpark. Im sure there will be some form of adventure/miss adventure along the way.

how'd this route compare with last week's route al ??

gentler ups and downs but probably longer

Unlikely to make it out this evening, have a good one.

Incarcerated. If you do decide to go this evening, and you should, have a think about the layers you're wearing. The stuff you had on last week looked very warm and constricting. Once you get moving you won't be cold for long.

definitely longer if our recent ballinastoe spins are anything to go by :)

cheers guys, i was planning to either go with you guys, or, try to arrange a night spin in donadea with brian and alan, who are local ... but the rug was pulled from under me, my wife's shifts got switched, so unless i wanna be done for child abandonment, i am incarcerated tonight.. cheers though lads, i appreciate the encouragement....
