Same pace as on Saturday but longer distance, 100-110k. With a coffee break in the middle.
Most likely Dublin to Baltinglass and back the same way, leaving again around 9:30.
I did my long spin today so tomorrow is cancelled. I'm going to do easy 50k tomorrow but on my own pace, anyone looking for a good long spin should contact Morty. His spins are as good as it gets so I'd highly recommend it.
