Awesome spin today !

I had a deadly real life training spin today !
Going from home I went via Lehaunstown and Tullvale to the Leadmines, did an orghasmic lap ,thanks to conor clinch its in brilliant shape ! bone dry ! I don't give a bollix, its the best trail in the world.
then I went down the road to Bray , up Bray Head , where I was accosted by a crazy man in a Bright Yellow jacket and a litter sticker, as Iron Maiden was bursting out of the old ipod, I just growled at him and went on my way ! very funny moment.
Then across the top of Bray head and down in to Kindlestown..not as good as it was, kinda chewed up.
then down GOD..amazing..absolutely amazing and then home on the road doing sprints !

I tell you, that was a great spin..loads of deadly singletrack and loads of road...you gotta love the old Carbone Hardtail ! that trail from the rear entry of GOD across to the deadly descent is fookin brilliant..legs are tired though, the road is no place for a 26" wheel ! going to have to take out that 29'er next week !

Cant beat the all-day epic spins...

it only took me 3 hours baby..I was bating along like a machine..the Leadmines is magnificent right now..I swear to God, it made my loins ache !
