Sunday Spin this week ?

Its Thursday , is nobody running a Sunday spin thats for Senior 3/4 riders ?

So nobody is running a regular Sunday spin then, beware, if you were not emailed about my Sunday spin then you are not eligible for it. No begging ,Pleading or whinging will see you on it.
If you are not on it , its because you are a senior 3 or 4 rider and have made no effort to be on any of my spins in over 1 month. I have a life, a family and I have been ill twice and I have not missed one of my spins.

Myself and the brothers try to get out most Sunday's be it as part of the Smithers Richard l spins or on our own, not sure if any of the 3 of us would be competent enough to run a spin with a big gang, our trail knowledge is quite small in comparison to some of the more senior epic members. We would be happy to post our Sunday spin in advance but we never really have a set route in mind, in saying that we were going to do Smithers spin from a few weeks back going from palmers out to djouce and back to 3 rock via the Wicklow way. Any one who is of a good ability s3 s4 would be able for this,pace will be decent enough so if anyone wants to come along your more than welcome to put up a post, leaving palmers at 10. If anyone has a better suggestion we would be happy to do their spin too!

yeah Ken , just do it, in no time you'll be on the senior ******* spins. People only need to know fragments of routes and away you go, the purpose of this club forum is to bring people together !

Ken I cant make this Sunday as I am working, but would be very keen on joining up with you on alternate Sundays, I'll keep an eye out on the forums for the spin, but basically every second Sunday I would be very keen.

Go for it ken. Ill join in any sunday i can.

fair play to Ken, Andy and Colm for putting on spins, I hope I'll see all of you on the savage spins soon. Unlike some people who just coast along with us and do absolutely nothing and bring nothing to the club. Much appreciated lads.
