Seeing as there was no spin from Smithers or Richard this week myself and the brothers are going to try use whatever knowledge we've picked up and try run this Sunday's spin! Meeting at palmers and leaving at 10 on the dot for a spin out to djouce taking in someof the best single track and trails Wicklow has to offer, then making our way back to 3rock via the Wicklow way. This spin is for any one who does Smithers spin and is thinking of racing s3 or s4 pace will be quick but not ferocious! Post or pm if you are coming,

Great spin today with Derek, Simon Dave kelley, Dave and Ryan. We looped out to djouce then through powerscourt into the gorse of death must find out the way round it! Into crone and the river valley, the climb in cloon wood is a killer, across prince willies out to glencullen decided to do a lap of the club course it's in good shape very dry up there.
Apart from a couple of punctures we had a great spin at a nice pace the weather defo helped. Well done to Ryan I think he might be one to watch in a few years. Thanks for comin lads won't be able to run one every week we are doin the Belfast marathon in may so the miles have to be put in. I'll post if we are going again. Cheers

great spin today.weather was great too ,definitely didnt need base layer and a jacket.good to get a lap in at leadmines too.wont be long now till club league.good to see the new members dave and ryan out goin strong.
