Savage beasties only please, the usual people and anybody who was out today. Today was the very last opportunity to get on the savage spins and if you havent been on them before now. Thats it.
that was a savage little spin..me, Damo, Alfie, Eoin, DoK, kellyer, SteveP, Ray, Smithers and Oz..savage at times...all the hard climbs and all the hard descents..including up the upper Metro !! going up that is fierce but you can see who has been enjoying the leisure cycling and who are the men of Steel !! I love it when the trails are so dry, well done kids..I crushed a testicle at one stage but its ok, I have 8 or 9 ! Dok..cop on to yourself with the road cycling..its ruining you !
Holly dingleberries bat kids that was horrific, I'm dizzy from the amount of trails we did at speed, there was very little hanging around this eve I can tells yeh. That climb up metro 1 nearly ended it for me, I was praying to holy baby jesus it would end soon, and it did after a little bit more of single track we were finished, I dont think I have ever been so happy to see Lamb Doyles unless that is I'm passing it on the way to the Blue........ I was running late, sorry,so I joined the lynch brigade, and just made it on time, great spin 55k in two hours, I just couldn't make lambers due to work f up.
You're right there, those spins are brilliant, thanks Richie for hanging back and encouraging, my lights started flashing (low battery - how ironic) at the bottom of metro climb and I baled when you guys went down by the mast near the start of metro two. Thanks again for spin... Ye savages...
I hear Smithers behind me some where near the top of Metro 1 going "noooooooooo" and Damo said something to me like " jaysus..is this only the strong survive Byrner !" ..well now..yes. Theres no point in being in EPIC and taking the easy way out..I dont want you people embarrassing me on Sunday in front of Lord Balinski !

stop talking to me..you make me sick !! I cannot for the life of me understand why anybody in EPIC would be riding tarmac while the trails are dusty in March !! We could have 3 months of monsoon for Summer !! I'm just going to finish off this bottle of Merlot and I'm off back out again..well once Durty Housewives is over !
Great spin guys. Very quick pace. Battery went on my night lights so had to pull out in the forest. When I was small I was afraid of the dark. I just found out I still am.
