Thanks Colm that was some spin I'm shattered after that 2 hours non stop for me now to take it easy to get ready for the G Ride thanks all
Three Rock was assaulted by Epic last night; we bumped into Jacqui and her gang, we met up with a crew from Epic DH, we saw the lights of the savages on a couple of occasions and had a chat with them at the end of the spin.
The pace was mighty; we all had a go out front pushing it just that bit more. But as Shona pointed out, I seem to be the only person that’s slower on a hardtail than a heavy full sus! Still great spin!
We even got a pat on the back and some gentle encouragement from Richie*.

We were flying lastnight until Colm had a puncture. Paddy reckons wothout the puncture we would have done it in 1hr 45! We are obviously getting quicker but it certainly isnt getting any easier.
Great to see Paddy out again, and fair play to Chris who cycled all the way from Tallaght as he thought he wouldnt get a good enough work out coming out with us!!
