Monday training spin..

Can't make to Palmer's at 18:45, don't have enough time to cycle from Dundrum to there and arrive on time.

now..1st of all everybody knows at this stage that one of my pet hates is people saying they are coming then saying they are not coming ..Dont do it..I frickin hate it !!
Dont say you are coming unless you frickin are !

PS..this is the very last year that I run spins for EPIC or anybody else..I turn 50 this year and then thats it..goodbye to spins except for my mates, so make the most of them while you can.

i'm grand, flew down that last section after losing sight of Harri and PAddy after the log jump. I probably wasted time heading back up that narrow uphill stoney path as i thought i saw a jersey, hung around then where we started just in case anyone else was lookin, then road back to palmers.
