Im doing a spin on the enduro course in Djouce tomorrow. Will be taking it easy on the way up, and blisteringly fast speed on the way back down . Anyone welcome, the pace will be suitable for anyone that goes out on Richies S3/S4 spin on a Monday, or anyone faster that wants an easier spin. We will regroup at the end of each section and cycle together to the start of the next one. Let me know who's coming.

Yes, great spin. Just what I needed after a late night with a bit too much drink. A nice tidy group. We kept it together well. Young Patrick is flying. We did sections 1,2,3 and 5. Xtc was a greasy nightmare on the first run, but by the time we got back at the end it was riding lovely again. My front wheel disappeared into the dark hole of shlomp on section 5, and I was sent rolling down the hill laughing. Good to see Jacqui back out.
Was good alright I was also in recovery mode the girlfriend and kids tryed to give me a heart attack whit a suprize party last night so drank plenty .. But got up early and thought there is a spin in djuice no better way to pull yourself together .. A nice group out and watch out for young paddy he stuck whit us all the way fair play marco for training him keep up the good work ... Thanks Orla
