Fair play to Oz for reopening the Best Descent in The World..and riding an XC bike after 3 months of freeriding..woohoo..a whole new/old ball game !!
everyone else was out on there dh bikes. It was deadly we had the full compliment of green fleece racing. Joe is looking like he's on a mission to kick Banana Mans ass and he might well do it, he's already got more bling than Stevie D. Everyone was flying, not looking forward to racing against Adam in Seniors next year and if Mark keeps borrowing bikes hes defo on for a podium top step or two next year in Masters.

I'm delighted to see so many getting stuck in to the DH side of things, but I won't be making a comeback till we have a DH track worthy of an NPS..so get crackin !!
Oh what a lovly spin today, Trying to learn how to ride an 80mm travel rigid carbon down XTC again after being on 150mm of travels for the last 6 weeks was interesting. That new trail down along the clifftop top was super, Then GranCanaria and XTC and BenchCut finished off for good measure, Kudos to John for overtaking me on benchcut after I left the door open.
Part of the job description of glorius leader is to find a suitable place to build this. Some of the finest minds in Irish mountainbiking (specifically me and The_Happy_Fairy) have as yet not come up with a solution to this problem. If you do, you could become a full-blown, properly-spelled glorious leader. And where were you today when there were big bikes to be ridden in Barnaslingan, ya feckin' waster?!
