That was deadly - sweet trails, whammies galore and good craic all round. Richard don't worry, you weren't too far off the pace at all - when we teach you to climb in the middle ring you'll be flying altogether!
Climbing wasn't the problem .. I can usually "hang in" on the climbs these days! It's the re-assuring comments like "If you're going to fall on this one, fall to the right ..... you really don't want to fall left!!!" that I found a bit worrying! Thanks Guys - enjoyed the spin!

If I see you in that Granny ring again, i'm taking your shoes and your pants..i'll probabley remove the pants over your shoes, which I hear can be very painful, especially if you are wearing bib shorts!!
