If people need lifts post up here, I can take 1 or 2 if needs be. If your driving up we'll just see you at the car park at about 11.00. See you all there, Cheers Adam.

Some car space has recently become available for this trip north, if interested PM me this evening. Or will take lift with someone else if they're looking to fill their car. Based in Raheny.
Absolutely brilliant, the NPS track from last year is good fun, the old Champs track is pure savage. Lovely and dry too, riding really sweet. Top day out, finished off in style at Friar Tucks in Warrenpoint. Cheers to Adam for getting this to happen, as well as Nat, Joe & Ken for the vans.
Oh, and anyone who hasn't got an eflow tag yet - now you know why they're a great idea! How long were you in that queue?!

See you all at moneyscalp.
See you all at moneyscalp.
that was a savage day. fair play to everyone driving the vans and adam organising it.
the champs track was riding amazing, i didn't even bother riding the nps one it was that good. had some savage crashes too but it was worth it.
good to see paul on the bike again aswell.....lets hope he keeps it that way this time.
ohh and gav wanted me to say that he missed a gear when he was in the uplift and tried to cover it up by jamming on the handbreak. he wanted everyone to know that he can't drive.
thanks gav for the lift by the way, the postman pat van can fairly fly when she gets going.

Well that place opened my eye's a bit to pure DH. Savage stuff alltogether. Arms are hanging off me after that.
Thanks for organising this Adam.
The sore subject of me turning 40 this year was alieviated a little seeing my friend Jim rolling the Shed drop after the two young lads who's age combined probably equals his.
Brave men the 3 of them.

Yeah Jim was super smooth on that shed drop, something I don't suppose I'll ever have the cojones to try.
I was surprised by the lack of arm pump today - perhaps those who know about these things could suggest if it's because of
- better bike than before
- one finger instead of two finger braking
- simply not going fast enough?
Postman Pat's van may be speedy on the open road, but how is it at toll booths? We were in Raheny when the text arrived saying you two had just made it onto the M50. Musta been a long queue... Also, Postman Pat's front seat passenger, his lovable cat Jess, was NEVER seen making such ungentlemanly gestures at other road users. It got quite embarrassing when my passenger (Kev) thought to reciprocate and furiously started giving the finger to the driver of the wrong red van... the spa...

youd be right with the first two and the third one would be the oppositte, it was because your going faster and skipping over the bumps instead of hitting them all. what you really want is a powerball though, gets rid of armpump completely.
that text took a while to send, we were turning off the m50 at knocklyon when kev text me back. we were only at the toll bridge for a few seconds ACTUALLY!
hahahahahah what a kev thing to do.....i would have loved to have seen that.

Cheers to everyone that made the trip up great to see so many out again and a special big thanks to Ken, Joe and Bren for the use of the vans for the day it would have been a lot harder without them. It was a great day. See you all at the winter league next week. Cheers Adam.

But you are right, the "arm-pump-syndrome" seems to get less and less with each day out.
Was a savage track & great fun altogether.... even made me forget about my black lung... at least for a little while...
We need days like that more often! Thanks again to Adam for coming up with that brilliant idea!
