Spins for the Week Ending Sunday 11th January

Heres my spin plans for the week ahead.
Apart from the Saturday Spin these spins are for very experienced, fit members.

Tuesday 6th January 7.00 Gala Shop - XC Style - back on!!
Thursday 8th January 7.00 Palmers - Freeride Style

Saturday 10th at 10.00am Glendalough Lower Car park - XC/Freeride Style - the usual Saturday people.
Sunday 11th at 10.00am Gala Shop - XC Style - No prisoners

No doubt Al will be putting up his Tuesday spin and don't forget round 1 of the Winter DH league is next Sunday in Moneyscalp.

Sundays spin will be the first XC spin of the year. Old skool steady. No creasing people just steady and lots of technical descents to polish up those hardcore XC skills. So if you have been out of action due to CX racing or pudding bending, then lets see you out. Bring a friend if you are nervous.
