saturday spin 10.1.09

Great spin today guys, Pauls (Scoop) first grown up spin and Jimmys first spin with us. Great craic, fairly savage pace and everybodys riding really well..Carol was delighted with her first succesful drop off the Ewoks bridge and getting the left turm. I know her and Shona were buzzing from riding loads more of it than they have in the past.
jack and Luke make a good leader team, thanks guys.

I was a Glendo virgin this morning! What a ride, ewok's was brill,i'm smitten with really steep stuff at the mo, fell 3 times in a row on it, down, up ,down, up ,down, up,loved it. St.kevins way with all the rocks, really enjoyed the heavy concentration required. some good climbs as well and a jump off the rock of whatever richie called it, what more could you ask for. Like it, love it!!
