Sunday 26th Aug Club spin Djouce 10am

I'm not heading to the race so i'll be leading the Club spin around Djouce.

I will more than likely be on my big bike but will not be a handy spin....

Not a bad spin at all.

Xtc, bulldog down far knocked, up the step then up the new nps trail. Down benchcut and son of, to the river then over towards Maulin, up the steep switch back climb then down the Alpine train towards river valley, up to the top of the red road then down the enduro trail, and on to tor and GC to finish off.

Only a few stops because of punctues otherwise a great spin and a cracking Sunday morning.

Fair play to Harri, fooked after about 30mins but kept grinding it out like only a true Epician does...

Epic spin indeed. had one of the biggest crashes I've had in a while. . . rock and roll stuff. Great bunch out. I'm wrecked right now, great spin!

Nice one Jack, I'm enjoying my lazy weekend and Alfie has my trance in the workshop so decided to give it a miss.
