Road to Masseys
Hell fire club
Road to Cruagh
Back up tibradden to new old trail
Road back to lambs.

This is a good ROC training spin, It wont be flat out cause I'm tired but it is a good route to know inanyways.

Let me know what time suits (for this week only) 6.30 from then on!!

after this week I am on this like a lady on an out of control washing machine..can we make it 6.00 though instead 1? hahahahahahah..ahaha !
