Steady training spin - good pace, no stopping or waiting but we'll be able to chat the whole way around! A few guys have said they'll make a re-appearance so lets have you lads! Approx 2 hours - 50-55kms!

FFS just under 70k and 3.54 mins way to much for a Tuesday for me inanyways!!! Jeasus the wind the bleedin wind on the N11 nearly killed me, thanks to Byrne for getting me to the church and Damo for getting me to Dundrum. In a joc now cheers RL....I think!!!
