good stuff kids..hoping to do more distance from now on rather than floundering about in the dark in the sh*t..going up the usual via Ticknock, across by Toms , up the WW and around the back of Fairy and down the Woccas and on to the Glencullen road and then back on the road via Freds..very few people in EPIC are as fit as they should be and we need to be putting more miles plus 3 Rock is in such a state i cannot be arsed riding it to death , so lets stick to the drier routes..building up to doing the Summer Tuesday route.
So look at these spins for improving your fitness , however the trails we wil be riding will be the usual water bars difficulty so each week dry to ride more of them. People are forever taking the handy option.

That was wet and not at all wild. When Paddys chain broke myself and Harri stayed with him untill we managed to get it fixed and headed down the WW to the road when harri got a poxy puncture. So after sorting that and the rain getting heavier we went back on the road by Johnny foxes and back to Lambs. Ah well, theres always next week.
That was actually a deadly spin ! Me, Gareth, Shona, Carol, Simon ( welcome back) , Ronan ( welcome back after an absences of about 17 years !!) , Paddy and Harri..kept it together very well up until the woccas..where I detailed Harri and Gareth to repair Paddys chain, then we scooted on until Ronan got a puncture and Simon kept him company, myself Shona and Carol continued on to the road where we waited for ages until Ronan ANd Simon caught up, they had no sight of the other lads so as it was getting wet we headed back on the road, up by Freds and then Down Ko3r 4..my jaysus..bone frickin dry..I mean drier than summer ! a big thank you to Gareth and Harri for minding Paddy..I didn't think it would take that long to fix ..thanks to Shona for being 2nd in Command and well done to everybody who rode what would easily be a Sunday spin on a windy wet night ..i'm very impressed.
Absolutely brilliant. Soo happy to be back on an Epic spin, last outing was Club League round 5!! And what way to start, great gang, grand weather and a masterly planned route! Thanks Richie and sub commandante Shona.
