Saturday Spin: 1st December: Djouce

I'm running a spin this Saturday @ 10am for anyone who wants to come along.

Will meet at Djouce car park.... Up towards the humps to the last car park, cut out onto the road up to Ballinastoe for a lap,
then back by road to Djouce for a lap of all the good trails.

Pace will be steady, Non-Stop for about 2.5 hours....

Let me know if your coming, will be doing this spin regardless of numbers...

I think so, why? She is oiling our dining room table tomorrow, then making a whipped cream roulade, the heating is broken and on full tilt, everyone in the house is half naked.

Perfect day for a spin, sun and clear skies!

Me, Doris, Terry O, Simon, Harri and Mick Maughan headed out from Djouce car park, up the climbs to the humps, out to the blue bin car park, and on for a lap of Ballinastoe/Pog... back by the road, back into Djouce, down secret trail, Gran Canaria, Outlaw trail and sesame street..

Good steady pace, well done Mick for sticking with it...

Doris, your still savage even when you have the man flu!

Thanks Graham for leading this sunny spin. Great day and route and nice pace (wrecked now). Mad Woman's Armpit (Terry) and Harri Fat Tyres were flying, Graham was supersonic on the bling 29er and Doris, is well, the Champ. Mick did great to hang on to what was quite a demanding spin.

Great day out with good company good call on route Graham washed and fed now just need to find the after sun for the wrinkles.
