This will not be a hand holding spin, if you were hanging on at the end of last weeks spin you will be grand.... a normal epic Sunday spin, lots of thrills, spills and maybe a big climb up a mountain...

Yep have not been to Djouce in a while so should be a good spin.Remember that we will have two groups depending on numbers and ability ,we can decide sunday.
And also its Christmas Party season so there might be a couple of sore heads on the spin .I am out tonight and Saturday night but will be there,

Just don't go up or down Hardship, it's in bits!
I might go if there is a B group going, actually I can lead the B group if you want?

Thanks Max but Steve offered to lead the B group , we'll get you next time, ok..I definitely wont be there I'm in Kilkenny tomorrow night for my Xmas Party but Jack will be there and hopefully Alfie ..its important as Steve said to get loads out, so post if you are going..
