Sunday Spin 23.12.12 Lambe Doyles for 10.00am

I'm tired so it won't be a creasing session and i think we'll avoid the frickin muck or will we, I don't know , does anybody else want to be in charge, i've a pain in me bollix doing it ?

brilliant spin,well done Niall Quinlan..some legend of a route. Some brilliant riding allround especially from the ladies..great to see so many out , we missed Smithers and Terry though ! great craic in the pub afterwards too..a banana you say, a big thank you to Max and Jack for helping keep the big show on the road. Great to see Trenchy and Donough back out and welcome to Gary on his first grown up spin !

Might make it out over next couple of days two big nights in a row take their toll

I was just about hanging on to the rear of this spin, not sure how that helped! You're welcome anyway :)

ah yeah but you always need a few superstars to keep a big show on the road , they add cohesion to the spin..a a few Samurai inserted in to the troupe keeps everybody focused !!

Really enjoyed that. Was suffering at the start, thanks to Richie for holding up for me. Some crack getting hassled down the descents, Richie shouting at myself and Shona go faster. Great route aswell niall. I'm glad Richie wasn't leading, wed have been on fire roads all day!

Definitely spin of the year for me. Loved it, diving into everything and coming out pretty unscathed. If I said anything bad about 3rock I take it back. Nice one Niall, and thanks Richie and jack and great group out. See you all on the crimbo spins.

Agree with Orla, great spin today. Lots of climbs but savage descents... even though 3 rock is in a bit of a jock it was still fantastic
Great gang out today, lots of craic and messing on the trails.

i really enjoyed the spin great gang out today lots of banter on the trails ''kill the 29er'' poor graham, and the weather was good thanks to niall richie and jack
