Thursday Road spin 6.30 Foxrock church or 5.00 from the Giant Store..

Until we run out of darkness, every Thursday going from either the Giant store then meeting the guys at Foxrock Church for 6.30

I'm too tired to say much other than thanks to Byrner for dragging me along and thanks to Ray for dragging me good luck I'm dizzy sitting here looking at little tweety birds flying around my head!!!

Nobody told me that and to be honest I think if i didn't I would have been dropped big time!! Now that I have recovered a bit I did enjoy it but I'm just nowhere near you guys yet!!

Yeah you'll be back in no time. Look at me, I was nearly dropped on every spin in the last 2 weeks except for today... it was the first time I had any energy in the legs since the Roc, feels good!

Hail Smithers but high 5 to Max..that was a great spin..8 of us and then there was 4 of us..great up and over high risk high thrills action on the N11..I feckin love that workout..i did a total of 91 kilometers today..
A big thank you to Max and John Doris for keeping the machine going..we need super riders like these guys on all our spins to help bring the other guys up to speed. I'd sooner have 20 supersavages than 1 or 2 , so its greatly appreciated that you inject your quality in to these spins. I was bursting for a wee going up Killiney hill !
looking forward to next week already, poor Jack, Andy and Mick looked a bit miserable on the Scalp road..

Im raging i missed the road spin but i had to have a little procedure done on my leg but will be back on next week.

ah im grand,just had a mole type lump cut out,but its down near my knee so the doctor told me to stay off the bike for a week to avoid bursting the stitches.

i had a lump on my left thigh..I was a bit concerned about it..I had it for years as a sort of a blemish thing..then it quadrupled in size and I was freaked out by it..so I cut it off about 3 years ago with a heated scalpel..I thought, well if its a bad thing it will grow back and I will go to the Doctor, if its a really bad thing sure I'm dead anyway and i've probably only sped up the process..if its just some cheeky cells acting the maggot then I have won that battle..so I heated up the scalpel and just sliced that sucker off..then stuck a bandage on it and that was it..never came back .
No that is not the maddest thing I have ever done..

I guess I have seen a lot of crazy **** in my time that makes me want to try it out..I used to be obsessed with Survivalism and I did a lot of reading about Surviving various things..like Nuclear war etc and coupled with an unhealthy interest in Eastern Mysticism and the occult I have an extraordinary belief in the human mind..
