Sunday 27tth Spin.. 9am Enniskerry

9.00am at Enniskerry for a spin to Djouce or Ballinastoe , meet at the usual spot . Sunday spin rules apply ! I recommend everybody wears there club gear if we are heading to Ballinastoe.

Can't make this Sunday and I suppose everyone is doing the Blitz the following Sunday?

Yeah im more than likely doing the blitz,good starting point for the serious training.

yeah I guess ..the Miners trail is calling me..jaysus I'm tempted..Juju jays says the fireroads are not bad ..they may be better by Sunday..the problem with the miners is the climb is unreal and if its covered in snow..it would be awful.
But its the Miners..the boardwalks and the miners in the snow..Motherf*cker..
If I thought I could ride all the way up to Lugduff I would !

Well I'll be there but if the charity thing in Ballinastoe is going ahead I'm going to go there. I think a big and important club like ours should support a good cause like that. To make up for the training part of it I will probably be cycling out from Djouce or Enniskerry if the weather is nice!

Jon Hynes moved his youth training camp to Kindlestown because Ballinastoe is unrideable , I didnt post this as the Social spin because of the Weather and the unrideable conditions . If the Charity spin goes ahead I'll meet you in Enniskerry, Max, I assumed it wasn't happening because of Jon moving his youth thing, he rang me today to tell me Ballinastoe was unrideable.
Would somebody else like the job of organising spins..I'd quit.

ok..I checked the Weather and the forecast is good..so Max you are the point man . I say we meet in Enniskerry for 9.00 , to be in Ballinastoe for 10.00 , heres my plan , we head down the road to Ballinastoe and if its not happening then we can ride back to Djouce and ride as much of it as possible. I think this is a good alternative , theres a lot of rain forecast for Friday and Saturday, so who knows, if the thing is cancelled then big deal we still get a decent spin in . Meet in the usual place up from the Veggie shop. If its cancelled we can go from there up to Knockree and across to cloon and back to Enniskerry for coffees..in either Poppies or Kingfisher.
