Heres the route I'll be taking
Lambe doyles
Enniskerry Road
Kilternan
left on to Ballyman road ( GolfCourse )
right at Old Connacht Village and on to Bray
Left onto the Shankill road
THen heading in to Killiney via Dart Station and Bonos
then down in to Dalkey and past the Dart station
On to Vico
Up to Village
Down via Bonos
and past the Dart station,
and then right back up the long climb to Village
then back down to Dalkey for a social climb up vy the Vico..
well for those of you , and theres one or two , that turn up their noses at my Monday/Wednesday spins, well heres a shocker for you, the girls are improving at a ferocious rate. Only me, Jack, Carol, Jacqui, Orla and Shona took on 3 Rock tonight, up by Johnny Foxes, up by Freds, Up the Top Metro , down the schlomp to lower metro, halfway down this and left in to the forest and over to Toms, up and around and back across the schlomp to Ticknock, across Blue Light Lower , Up to Rock and roller bottom, across and down Heebie jeebie or whatever its called and down onto the road to stepaside and back on the road to Kilternan and home on the road for me and Carol, 30km for us two on a horrible evening..non stop, some savage climbing and some brilliant riding from all the Wenches ( Orlas new Wimmen only Club) great craic as well . One of the best spins I've ever been on and a really enjoyable evening in the rain and murk. Nice one !
... well having been off the bike for more than 10 days with flu virus, including 5 straight days in bed, tomorrow its back to business. Well rested, see you at 6:30...
Great spin really needed that, some great sprints into the death zone, sorry for not stopping canto, but I had just caught the group and I couldn't actually hear u, but tbh I wasn't stopping again, i knew Doris was on route ;-) enjoy the skiing, and best of luck to all heading to limerick. Those hill sprints are deadly
