Sunday SPin 24th ROundwood 10.00am

Ok folks, its not exactly going to be a social spin but everybody is welcome..it will be Ballinastoe with a twist, some fierce climbing but some savage descending..
I do not want to see people out on XC race machines, I want to see CLub Members out on their fun bikes..Monday nighters and Wednesday nighters should make this. It will be up Ballinastoe via the old way..then down some Blast sections and across to Lough Dan and down..to ROundwood and Breakfast..it will be hard but it will also be fun...thats what EPIC is all about..
If somebody wants to run an XC only style spin, please do..but post it up. Don't be a lonely loser !

Luckily my fun bike is my enduro bike and is my XC machine so suits perfect! See ya there, I'll bring the gopro.

oh yeah..frickin deadly, i've never been on a bad spin with Max or Jack or Alfie or Damo or SteveP or Steo or Roo or Bon or Smithers or RichardL or anybody else in EPIC !
