Any body meeting at 10, longies and steady spin 9 is to early

today's (Saturday) spin was deadly. Mick did some lovely 2 wheel drifts on the ice for my viewing pleasure. The pace today was brisk, I'm pretty beat now. Really enjoyed it - the sun was great, the trails were fast, the group was deadly (this sounds like the voice over for the start of a particularly deadly movie that has yet to be made! sweet!) Stephens bike was dressed up like (I don't know). & who knew cameras have 'zoom'

go to bed early Niall and make it for 9.00 FFS..you have an hour less in bed too the best don't rest

Anyone doing something more gentle? Id happily lead one only I'm on call for work, so could have to bail early....
