Sunday 7th Road Spin...
... just back from over 80 clicks around the Dublin/Wicklow mountains... out to Blessington, around the lakes, up to Sally Gap, over Luggala down to Roundwood and back in the road to Enniskerry and home... Wrecked! Great spin, feeling my age though!
you are so soft..I did 26 hard k around Carrick this morning then had a rasher sambo and went out with Carol for a 40K road spin..but happy birthday Ken, shame you had to go on your own !
