then shred the living daylights out of 3 Rock..all the singletrack all the time..2 hours nonstop.
Lap 1 will be at Smithers pace but after that its full tilt normal Super Tuesday.

right Smithers is in a Rostrevor induced Coma so..I'm heading out at 6.30 with Steve Pollock and Colm McG, so as long as I have any go left in me after all my riding for the past week your welcome to join me..I'm also having some more artwork done on my arm , so if you cannot keep up with me tomorrow night, you might as well take up golf or knitting !
I'll be there, not racing up the climbs this time, I'll try to save myself a bit this week.
The weather is to be ok I think but if it rains I won't be riding the NPS track, I'd rather keep it in good shape for the weekend.
