Big spin out from lambes to djouce on road, the worcies kept us company the whole way and the pace was fast but not furious, around djouce for a bit before doing WW back to lambes, I skipped the last section over 3 rock as had lunch calling, about 45k covered and nearly 2k of climbing too. lovely day for it too,
