club spin tuesday 6.30 lambs

Lets plan on taking it easy folks!! next stop marathon champs!! we should consider making the loop a little longer in the coming weeks.
How did the Oz's Sunday loop go????
Spin was deadly. 65 km / 1800 m.

Hardest part was keeping the pace up on the way back on the road... That's the point though

Might include an additional climb up outside the fence in djouce and then down stage 5 next time.

Would keep these spins for the weekend though. Usual tues loop is perfect for mid-week
Ill be there might leave a few minutes early if that is ok? I was out for the first time in four week today and was in bits after abusing myself on holidays! Looking forward to all the same!

Erica, I'll join you at 6pm.
Thanks Lads for letting me tag along! I was really enjoying it until I crashed
A few cuts and bruises, but nothing too bad. Thanks to everyone for stopping to make sure I was OK
I'll be back next week hopefully I'll last a bit longer! haha
I arrived a bit late and headed off with byrner and Phil. We picked up mic and Dave along the way, I caused Phil to burp his tyre and then I never saw him again, ( sorry Phil I hope u got back ok),
We did the loop as far as enniskerry and then hit the devils elbow and back up over fairy castle and around bit of 3 rock. Cheers great to see so many bodies out too.
Wow ... that was dry! First time I've ever ridden all of Bag of Chips! Got passed by Oz, Alfie and Max at least twice .... My usual creative accounting! Nearly 50kms for me and 1300mts of climbing ... not bad of a Tuesday! Cheers lads!
