Hey guys. I think we will have a break from the long spins this week and go have a bit of craic in the leadmines, trying to avoid the club coarse. We will try to test ourselves and see if we can make it down the back of Katy's in one piece.

That was deadly for a change, nearly made it down Katy's in 1 piece! Lawdie picked up a "graze" on his knee (my fault entirely) which forced us into trail medicine mode, lawdie was well prepared with his 1st aid kit, fair play. Poor Conor suffered the wrath of the dreaded puncture not once but twice, we're gonna have a whip around for some goo for him well done everyone, great little spin, great little group and blessed with the weather too. Enjoy the piss up gang and see u next week :)
