great spin, stuck to the same route, considering how wet it was we were all flying - I felt strong (at last! - must have been all the sugar loaf we ate on Saturday) had a only 2 front wheel wash outs, I was surprised just how we were all sticking to the roots on the climbs without any drama!

great gang out, nice speedy pace, super enjoyable - buzzin my buzz off after it! thanks all.

O h and Iomair you'll be glad to read that I got soaked n the way up! put the gillet on over the soaking jersey - yummy-cold!

Only 5 hardy soldiers tonight, the rain scared everyone away. Trails were riding great considering the weather. A nice few slippy roots meant we had some beautiful sideways action. We cycled through enchanted forests filled with mist and red mushrooms. We were all loved up lastnight and everyone hugged a tree lastnight at some stage. I think shona was coming onto me, she kept offering me her jacket??!!! I love wed nights. My fav bit of the spin everyweek is stopping for jellies at top of zig zags. Everyone os going great? Felt like we were really quick last night

Good spin guys, nice pace - I was flagging at the end, but good to get out. Wet and slompy is so much nicer than dry and dusty ......not!

Great spin last night. Definitely picking up the pace. Option for next week could be straight up the Wicklow way weather dependant!

I was a bit scared of going out last night, I got so wet during the day I thought I'd never warm up. But the evening turned out to be one of those magic ones in 3 rock. Great llittle group out, the spin was pretty non-stop except for the jelly stop (which is essential for any physical activity).
There was some amount of water flowing, in fact Harri predicts the washing away of ticknock in the near future. The weird thing is all the water was yellow, looking like a river of pee!

luckily legends was dry as a bone so as always a savage way to end the spin! cheers Caroline
