Im not quite up to Alfie pace.....yet! so going to do another spin, all welcome, will be steady pace and lots of fun.

Change of plan, now going at 545

Well it was just me, Simon, Gary (who was late yet again!) and the monsoon rains! Was a great spin despite the rain,no stopping for fear of getting cold! Gary managed to talk for the whole spin without stopping while myself and Simon nodded politely :)
Dont know what trails we did,up and down and then home when i got cold!

Was I even talking ? I didnt even notice ....Yeah deadly little spin put together by Erica we covered a good bit of ground before Erica chickened out with the cold .....Me and Simon wanted to carry on but were ordered off the mountain by the spin leader .... Roll on Thursday !
