Ok, meeting at Lambs and we will do a spin around 3 rock, have not done a daylight spin around the place in ages so not sure what we will do yet but it will be fun...!

A small band of 5 slightly subdued epic members went for a big loop around 3 rock, the trail were surprisingly dry so made for some awesome descending. especially in Eworks which was unbelievable awesome. but someone as been over keen with the yellow paint marking out the trail in rocknroller.. sort of ruins it... but it was still deadly...

I think we were all still recovering from Friday night so there wasn’t the usual high jinks. Small group but great spin, thanks Jack and co.
Panzer Bike was out of action so I had to take Ninja Bike out of hibernation so I wasn’t as quick on the descents. (I saw Panzer Bike in Alfie’s shop on Saturday and it looked as bad as I felt; two flat tires and broken forks.)
What can I say about Roo and me? We had a post AGM meeting in Against the Grain. It was a productive meeting where we covered a broad spectrum and agreed to meet again.
