Obviously The Snack Box is is an essential part of any good night out but really only provides limited soakage when it comes to having a good ould dose of The Fear.
Great spin this morning at Slade valley. There was only Terry, Harri, Dave Hartnett and I. I think we had the most fun on the bomb hole and went back to do it a few times. It's fun without being too scary. I got the balls to do one ramp. Wasn't as bad as it looked. Why do we become scared as adults. I used to do ramps all the time on my BMX when I was a kid. As Dave hadn't been riding in a month , he struggled today but it was good to have him there. It must be the first time we ever saw him struggle.
