Just the ladies and Io air made it out today. We had a savage spin, found a couple of nicely built jumps that we played around on for a while. We went all around 3 rock and had the craic

Great morning on the bike! Just the three of us but it was deadly and the girls rock... I was worried heading out with the enduro queens but they were very nice to me loads of ground covered and loads of deadly trails. More enduro focused than I'm normally used to but all rideable and at a good pace too. The jumps were brilliant, hit them 1st time full of confidence and nailed the double :) tried again and un clipped mid air, not a nice feeling for a man the girls were flyin, literally, I hesitate to say, I think I learned a thing or two :-) thanks again ladies, had a blast
