Caroline, Diarmo and I had a deadly spin with so many opportunities for high fives it was off the scale. we got the best of the weather - not too cold, not too windy, no rain, just right. the pace was unforgiving, unrelenting (not really) but it was a deadly spin, had a ball

Sorry guys, went out last night for a couple which turned into a couple more which lead to a 3am finish... I would still have been toxic at 9am! Glad u had a good one and have a great Xmas. If I don't see u all on the 26th I'll see u on the 28th in Rostrevor :)
