Tuesday 21st 6.30pm - Road Spin - Lamb's Cross

Going to restart the Tuesday road spin and see how we get on!
Leaving Lamb's Cross at 6.30pm sharp.
Tomorrow's spin will be 45-50kms and fairly steady and we'll ramp it up a bit, week to week!
N.B. Everybody must be self-sufficient, it's just not practical to stop a group on the side of the road in the cold/dark if somebody gets a puncture so make sure you have tubes, pump etc! The best way to avoid punctures on the road is to make sure you pump your tyres up hard (I always run 120psi!) and of course don't ride into pot-holes!

Great spin guys! Good steady pace... Although having replaced a chain and cassette on Tuesday it now seems that I need to spend more money to replace my outer chainring.... Bugger!
