Sunday spin 11am dcbmx

That's right this Sunday were all bmxing courtesy of Eamonn Wyer in dcbmx
It's 11am to 1oclock bring yourself your mate and your kids

Will it be possible to rent a bmx? Great spot was there a good while a go serious craic!

You can all rent bmx bikes at dcbmx and the lads are gonna teach us how to ride them too

Sounds like fun! might bring my 12 yr old nephew along too. I assume that as well as renting BMX's they'll have lids etc too?

Deadly, I'll be there too.
I've done a few sessions and even had my own bmx for a while so one word of advice:

Bring all the protection gear you can find! :)

Dress warm everyone, last time I was in the Cherry Orchard it was freezing.
And you will need long sleeved jerseys and trousers, full finger gloves and full face helmets.

Yes dress warm, bring a bike if you can the hire bikes are ok but not sure how many there are.... Full face lid if you have one, if not bring your mtb lid, if you have pads bring them too....
