A great little spin around three Rock. We were missing Roo so the chat and Craic was not up to the normal 100% but the riding was awesome. it was not to bad on the trails after the rain but still plenty of slippy back end moments...

eugh I had a terrible spin last night, legs felt like lead weights and I was even rubbish on the down bits!!! thats what I get for missing a sunday spin. and the road home was FREEZING

Yeah glad I got out as I was very close to throwing in the towel and heading to the pub. Good group out. Myself, Jack, Shona, Oscar, Canto and Ben had a good rip around the trails and surprisingly didn't get too caked in muck.

Thanks folks, great to get out. Have a dodgy thumb so loaded up on ibuprofen before the spin which seemed to do the trick. Trails were in remarkably good shape and the rain held off. Fairly freezing on the way home though!
