Awesome Spin terry but I am shattered now. Went for snooze at 4 at woke up at 6:15 realising I had to be in a restaurant for 7pm. Gonna be late. Thanks guys for great spin today. Nice to have a new member, Bart.

Great spin guys. Lots of laughs and off the bike moments. Nice slippy schlompy action! Everyone is going great. Al is getting his mojo back. Diarmo was having a tired day, chin up kiddo, we all have days where we feel sh.it. The most important thing is that u stayed on the spin until the end, that can only make u better and stronger! Bart is a great addition to spins, just keep coming out Bart and your fitness will improve rapidly. We are all sexy beasts! Hoping to see more the of crew out next week.....you know who you are!

Great spin yesterday. Some very funny crashes including my own over the bars. So 29er wheels don't roll over everything!
