Team WORC spin is going from Lambes to Djouce on the road and back off-road and I'm going to join them, everyone else is welcome too.
Sorry Terry, alarm was set nice and early to cycle to Lambes but ended up being sick instead. Looks lovely out there, anyway, back to the Winter Olympics!
Great spin folks 7 of us in total. Chris colm clom Niall rudi oz and moi. Over every thing to djouce and then too bollixed to go round there. Took to road home. Some sprint with colm and oz. 52k and nearly 2k of climbing. Epic spin cheers
