Sorry Shona but not gonna make it now. Just been told by a doc in the Swiftcare clinic that I have a tendon strain and not do any exercise for another 4 weeks!

Avoid new metro, counted well over 20 trees blown down there this afternoon much of the rest is in good nick.

A great spin yesterday around 3 rock. didn't do the new metro because of fallen trees but the rest of the place was riding great. i think some frozen ground helped. it was nice be out with calm blue sky spin for a change.
