Nice spin but I run out of juice after Phantom, the man flu has got the best of me....for now. See yiz next week.

Deadly spin,first time on Mtb in 3 weeks. Even though I was on the wrong bike I still survived, bench cut 3 times in a row has got to some sort of strava record too.

Great morning out on the bike. Myself, Colm and Daniel went all the way up the red road and lost the main group so we headed back at that stage as we were all pretty wiped. Looks like we dodged the worst of the weather!

We waited at top of red road for a good while. Thought u had left sorry

No bother Terry. I was happy to call it a day at that stage.

Yep great spin lads serious decents a good few of which I'd never done before can only hope they'll be easier the next time! Got home before the heavey rain and a great crew out! That's Alfie and the rest of the crew!
